We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in costing, recipes, menu planning, and current market trends to support accurate financial planning and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily food production costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Ensure up-to-date costing all food & beverage items and keep up-to-date records of all Food & Beverage monthly expenses to ensure strict budgeting control. Analyze recipes and menus to determine accurate costing per item. Daily receive from stores, the goods received note and analyze as specified in food & beverage procedures Update and maintain cost sheets for finished goods and production batches. Evaluate and track consumption, wastage, and yield variance. Collaborate with chefs, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost-effective production. Maintain an up-to-date list of all cost/ prices, ensure that all the cost/price measures and advice on variations Stay updated with market pricing and trends to recommend pricing adjustments. Review inventory levels and support monthly stock audits and reconciliations. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on cost performance and suggest improvements. Identify areas of cost reduction without compromising quality and standards. Support in planning new menus and pricing strategies based on cost analysis.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a

Cost Controller

in

Food and Beverages Industry

(F&B)

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of food costing, menu and recipe standardization. Familiarity with market pricing, vendor rates, and local sourcing trends. Proficient in MS Excel and cost management software. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
