You are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical and cost control skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple branch operations in the food and beverage industry.
Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with finance, operations, and executive teams to drive cost control strategies and improve overall efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools), cost control software such as Supy, and POS systems such as Revel.
  • Highly attentive to detail with strong organizational skills, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across financial reports and cost tracking systems.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cost control or similar finance role, preferably within a multi-branch or multi-unit environment.
  • Proven experience managing costs and budgets across multiple business locations or branches.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and controlling costs across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or departments. The position ensures financial efficiency, enforces budgetary discipline, and supports high-level decision-making with accurate cost and performance data. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure precise recipe costing and documentation.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze costs to ensure they align with approved budgets, and identify any variances.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to minimize expenditures and maximize profitability.
  • Manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and secure the best value for money.
  • Conduct regular cost audits to uncover areas for potential improvement and savings.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports for management, offering actionable recommendations for cost reduction and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational costs and enhance overall performance.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to document standardized recipes, ensuring consistent portion sizes and ingredient usage.
  • Calculate the exact cost of every dish, including all ingredients, garnishes, sauces, and yields, to support accurate menu pricing and profitability analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cost control, procurement, and culinary cost management.
