Job Title: Cost Controller
Department: Finance / Operations
Reports to: Finance Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor budgets related to catering and food service operations.
Control costs of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
Track meal/event costing and ensure alignment with pricing standards.
Review purchase orders and invoices for compliance with contracts and budgets.
Analyze variances between actual and planned costs and recommend improvements.
Contribute to minimizing waste and reducing unnecessary expenses.
Generate accurate periodic reports on procurement, materials, and labor costs.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and Production teams to ensure accuracy of data.
Support in pricing and cost estimation for new contracts and events.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost control within the food or catering industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
Good knowledge of inventory control and procurement practices.
Strong analytical skills with attention to cost optimization.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
