A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:

- Must have a thorough working knowledge of all corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Food and Beverage Control.

- Assist in the monthly food and beverage inventories count and extension.

- Establish and maintain a database for food and beverage inventory stock including up-to-date pricing.

- Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for food and beverage supplies to the various departments.

- Summarize transactions for each financial period close.

- Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for food and beverage supplies to the various departments.

- Cost all food and beverage items and where practical, input these costs into the point of sales system and generate monthly potential food and beverage cost of sales.

- Price all food and beverage storeroom requisitions and compute the following:

- Monthly food and beverage actual costs by outlet.

- Assist management in menu costing in order to establish menu item sale price.

What we need from you

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance

\xe2\x97\x8f Or three years in hotel accounting or internal audit with one year in a supervisory role

\xe2\x97\x8f Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

\xe2\x97\x8f Must speak fluent English
