We are hiring a
Cost Controller
to support our project and finance teams by ensuring accurate cost tracking, financial discipline, and timely reporting across our civil infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and reporting of all financial activities across assigned projects. Ensure timely and accurate ERP approvals for materials, timesheets, subcontractor invoices, and cost-related workflows. Prepare detailed
cash flows
andproject operation budgets
to support financial planning and performance tracking. Monitormaterial consumption
,manpower utilization
, andsubcontractor expenses
to ensure costs remain within approved budgets; recommend corrective actions in case of budget deviations or cost overruns. Overseebudget preparation
,cost booking
,procurement cost control
, andtimesheet/resource cost tracking
to maintain financial discipline. Manage and validate ERP data, support the preparation of variations and claims, and coordinate effectively with internal departments. Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and ensure timely ERP approvals for materials, timesheets, and subcontractor invoices. Handle monthly reporting, subcontractor payments, invoice certification, and PC approvals as per company procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil
Engineering
is mandatory. Minimum3-5 years of experience
in cost control or project cost management, preferably withinconstruction or civil infrastructure projects
. Strong proficiency inERP systems
,Microsoft Excel
, and financial reporting tools. Solid understanding of cost monitoring, project financials, budgeting, and cost optimization.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
