Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity surveying, with more than 10 years working experience in relevant field, in UAE, especially in software like MS Excel/ ERP Systems like SAP / E-promise. Duties include: develop & implement cost control systems, establish budgets, fore- casting project costs, analyze cost performance, preparing detailed cost reports, identify cost over runs & savings opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Good leadership and communications skills a must.
