About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, validating, and reporting cost performance across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy while supporting decision-making through precise cost analysis.
Assist in preparing and updating project cost reports and dashboards.
Support the monitoring of project budgets and track cost variances.
Help review and validate subcontractors' and suppliers' invoices.
Maintain cost-related documentation and assist in monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to collect cost data.
Support cost forecasting and assist in analyzing project performance (CPI, SPI).
Assist in identifying potential cost overruns and reporting deviations.
Ensure cost control procedures are implemented and followed on site.
What do we need from you
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Basic knowledge of cost management tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
