Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and accounting teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
Support management in preparing cost data for tenders and project evaluations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in cost control within a construction company.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project accounting.
Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
