Civil Engineering background with 1-3 years of experience in cost control or quantity surveying.
Experience in working with ERP systems.
Detailed knowledge in Earned Value Management techniques to be applied to in project reporting.
Responsibility:
Monitor regularly the detailed construction progress of the project to ensure full adherence to work plans within agreed budget and resources.
Prepare project cost related reporting (Such as labor performance, cost risk register, material tracking, etc.) for project management's review on a monthly basis.
review and approve material requests by site team.
Review and approve subcontractors monthly progress certification.
*Proper cost allocation in line with project's internal BOQ and ERP system.
