you will be responsible for monitoring project costs, analyzing variances, preparing detailed financial reports, and supporting overall financial efficiency across our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage project budgets and cost control processes Prepare accurate cost reports and financial documentation Analyze project variances and recommend cost-saving strategies Maintain project cost databases and support ongoing cost optimization Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure financial accuracy Report directly to the General Manager Qualifications :Proven experience in Cost Control within the construction industry (mandatory)Strong analytical skills with a focus on project financials Proficiency in cost reporting and database management Excellent communication and coordination skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in a contracting or engineering firm is a plus .
