Al Masaood National General Contracting is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Dubai head office. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring project costs, analyzing variances, preparing detailed financial reports, and supporting overall financial efficiency across our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage project budgets and cost control processes Prepare accurate cost reports and financial documentation Analyze project variances and recommend cost-saving strategies Maintain project cost databases and support ongoing cost optimization Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure financial accuracy Report directly to the General Manager Qualifications :Proven experience in Cost Control within the construction industry (mandatory)Strong analytical skills with a focus on project financials Proficiency in cost reporting and database management Excellent communication and coordination skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in a contracting or engineering firm is a plus .
