Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze variances.
Review procurement requests, supplier quotations, and subcontractor invoices for cost compliance.
Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and financial evaluations.
Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost data.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain cost databases, logs, and documentation for all projects.
Assist in preparing claims, variations, and financial justifications.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in cost control within the construction/contracting sector.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost monitoring, and project financial systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
