Cost Control Engineer

Job Description
Job Responsibilities in Projects:
Monitor daily operations assigned for the cost control to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures (Process & Approve MR, RFQ, PO, S/C Agreement). Daily Verification of the cost allocation of transactions to cost codes and reallocating as needed. Monitoring if the internal labour, Equipment, and project costs are within the allocated budget and flag deviations to project management. Prepare the Monthly Job Cost Report. Preparation of the cost evaluation sheet with the supporting documents. Analyze and highlight any major cost variance. Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in cost control. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles. Proficient in MS Excel.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
