Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost reports.
Analyze project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
Prepare cost forecasts, variance reports, and cash flow analyses.
Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum
5 years' experience
in cost control for
buildings and infrastructure projects
.
Proficiency in Candy software
is mandatory.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
