Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project budgets and cost forecasts
Analyze project expenditures and identify variances
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met
Assist in the preparation of cost reports, budgets, and risk analysis
Evaluate and manage project change orders and their impact on cost
Prepare cash flow forecasts and project financial summaries
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control within consultancy or PMC environments
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, or similar tools)
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
