Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets during the project planning phase, leveraging historical data and market trends. Identify potential risks and opportunities within project financials, advising stakeholders on mitigation strategies. Support the financial closing processes by providing accurate and timely data to finance teams for reporting purposes. Engage with suppliers and contractors to track costs, negotiate pricing, and ensure value for money on all project-related purchases. Utilize advanced software tools to automate cost tracking processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Deliver presentations and reports to senior management, communicating complex financial information in an understandable manner. Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost control within the construction or engineering sectors. Employment Type
