Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control project and operational costs to ensure they remain within budget. Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports and forecasts. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions. Work closely with project managers to develop project budgets and cost breakdown structures. Track expenses, commitments, and accruals using ERP or cost management systems. Support in the development and maintenance of cost databases and historical data. Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections and financial planning. Ensure that all cost control procedures are followed in accordance with company policies. Provide cost input and support for project change orders and risk analysis. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering. Minimum
5 years of experience
in cost control, project controls, or financial planning--preferably in [Construction, engineering]. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software (e.g. Primavera, or similar tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-time
