Job Description
We are looking for a
Cost Auditor
to monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs in a 4-star hotel.Key Responsibilities:
Audit F&B costs, inventory, and consumption Verify purchases, invoices, and stock records Conduct stock counts and variance analysis Prepare cost and audit reports Ensure compliance with hotel policies
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years' hotel cost auditing experience Strong Excel and accounting system knowledge Attention to detail and analytical skills
