Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost analyses for materials, labor, and overheads.
Maintain and monitor cost records, ledgers, and accounts.
Calculate standard costs and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions.
Monitor production costs and provide recommendations for cost control.
Assist in inventory valuation, stock reconciliations, and internal audits.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Cost & Management Accounting.
Professional certification such as CMA / ICWA / CA preferred.
Experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
