Job Summary

Enzo Car Care LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Cost Accountant with a minimum of ? years of accounting experience within the UAE. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry, along with strong proficiency in Focus accounting software. The candidate will be responsible for cost management, financial reporting, tax compliance, as well as purchasing coordination and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Focus software.

Ensure all transactions are properly classified for compliance and reporting. Share CV

Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and weekly reports for management.

Generate detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile bank transactions.

Prepare quarterly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Ensure timely and accurate VAT and corporate tax filing in accordance with UAE regulations.

Analyze project or branch costs and provide financial insights to upper management.

Purchasing Coordination & Inventory Management (F&B/Restaurant Sector)

Coordinate with the stores and operations teams on material requisitions.

Deal with approved suppliers and negotiate the best pricing.

Ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

Monitor inventory levels and analyze monthly usage and turnover.

Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, or stock discrepancies.

Experienced in monitoring food and beverage cost components, waste reports, and profitability analysis by item.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within the UAE.

Prior experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry is required.

Strong proficiency in Focus accounting software and solid knowledge of inventory systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Full knowledge of UAE tax laws and reporting procedures.
