Planning, analysing and collecting data to determine costs of business activities such as production, distribution, Manpower, Utilities etc.
Prepares costing reports to determine selling prices.
Creating New product codes and Incorporating recipes into the System.
Analyzing changes in existing product recipes, raw materials, processes to determine cost impact.
Analyzing actual production costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs and maintaining Cost Accounting System.
Preparation of production & wastage report on daily basis.
Maintains responsibility for routine Compilation of Production Costs, Inventory Accountability, Distribution of Factory Labour, Verification of actual costs and computation of Variances.
Recording Cost information for use in controlling expenditures
Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
Reconciles finished goods and Raw Material inventories in System.
Coordination with Production team, Quality, Finance, logistics & management
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 -3 Years of cost Controller experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment
Must have a strong cost control background and have excellent analytical skills and understanding of Accounting Principles.
Ability to Accurately Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
