Cost Accountant

Job Description
Our client, one of the best household cleaning products manufacturers in UAE is having an opening for a Cost Accountant. Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing data about a company\xe2\x80\x99s operational costs
- Setting standard costs of manufactured goods
- Developing and analyzing cost standards
- Establishing costs of business processes such as administration, labor, shipping, etc.
- Performing account reconciliations
- Preparing audit reports and presenting their findings to management
- Recommending changes to the company\xe2\x80\x99s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
- Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data
- Managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s balance sheet and accounting books
- Supporting other company accountants with invoicing and capital expenditure
- Prepare and provide ananalysis of cost variance
- Work closely with Supply Chain to provide them with support relating to cost-related matters
- CA / CPA / CMAor Master of Business Administration in accounting, or finance.
- Minimum 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
- Preference for candidates with work experience in manufacturing company
- Excellent proficiency in Accounting Field
- Excellent knowledge and experience in product costing background
- Capable of managing company account
- Cost Accountant: 5 years (Required)
- Manufacturing company: 5 years (Required)
