This involves overseeing lab testing, ensuring compliance with regulations like GMP and ISO, investigating non-conformances, approving or rejecting materials, and managing the quality team. They must have strong leadership skills and a background in quality assurance/control, preferably within the cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industries.
