An established international cosmetics brand based in the UAE is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years' outdoor sales experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry within the UAE, strong communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to build long-term client relationships with salons, spas and hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outdoor sales visits to salons, spas, hotels, retailers and professional buyers across Abu Dhabi.
Promote and sell professional beauty and cosmetic products to salons, spas and distributors.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients.
Demonstrate products, explain benefits and usage to salon professionals and buyers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up calls, emails and in-person visits.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, order forms and customer feedback.
Support promotional activities and product trainings at salon locations when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the cosmetics/beauty sector within the UAE.
Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available for immediate start. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the UAE.
Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills; target-driven and self-motivated.
Excellent spoken and written English -- fluency required. Additional languages (e.g., Tagalog) are an advantage.
Professional appearance and strong client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage territory visits, and handle documentation.
Smartphone and basic computer literacy for sales reporting and CRM updates.
