Job Summary:

The

Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

will champion our premium beauty and pharma products out in the field -- visiting pharmacies, clinics, retailers, and wellness centers across Abu Dhabi. Fluent in Arabic and skilled in building trust, they will strengthen our market presence through strategic

outdoor sales

, meaningful client connections, and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outdoor sales visits

to pharmacies, clinics, dermatology centers, and retail outlets to promote and sell cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and develop strong relationships with key accounts. Deliver product presentations, demos, and training for pharmacists, doctors, and retail teams. Monitor the market landscape, track competitor activity, and report insights to management. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive field visits and follow-ups. Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, launches, and in-store events. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems in a timely manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular face-to-face interactions and support.

Requirements:

Arabic-speaking national (mandatory)

to build trust with local clients and communities. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in outdoor sales, ideally within cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceuticals. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through proactive fieldwork. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of both cosmetic and pharmaceutical product lines. Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel daily within Abu Dhabi and nearby areas. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity is a plus.
