Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily clinic operations and staff performance
Manage reception, nurses, therapists, and support staff schedules
Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with DHA/health regulations
Coordinate with doctors and management to improve clinic performance
Manage inventory, supplies, and basic reporting
Support sales targets, promotions, and treatment packages
