Job Description
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel requests (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.) via email & phone.
- Research destinations, fares, customs, and weather conditions to provide the best options.
- Follow client processes for ticketing & approvals.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
- Design customized itineraries and business/holiday packages.
- Promote special IT & Corporate fares to maximize profits.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and use approved vendors.
- IATA certification (mandatory).
- 3+ years' experience in the travel or airline industry.
- Proficiency in GDS, hotel & rail booking systems.
- Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent geographical knowledge and awareness of global destinations.
- Negotiation & persuasion skills with clients and vendors.
- Multi-language ability is a plus!
