Dicetek LLC is seeking a results-driven Corporate Travel Account Manager to expand and manage its portfolio of corporate, government, and travel agency clients in Dubai. The role focuses on developing long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring service excellence across all business travel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate travel management, client relationship building, and vendor negotiations, with proven success in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate and government travel accounts through direct visits, referrals, and cold calls.
  • Achieve assigned sales objectives while maintaining strong customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Build and implement strategic and operational business plans with input from the sales and operations teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all client transactions and activities.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze financial reports and business performance (MIS Reports) for key accounts and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead internal team meetings to set short-term and long-term service and sales goals.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, including airlines and travel partners, to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.
  • Strengthen client engagement with top corporate accounts to achieve sustained business growth.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate travel management, client servicing, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems for flight bookings and familiarity with global travel destinations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle client relationships tactfully and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
