PINNACLE Innovation and Education is hiring for the Corporate Trainer for AutoCAD Inventory based in Dubai International Academic City. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with management to identify company training needs. Schedule appropriate training sessions. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum. Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations. Trainer will be responsible for all tasks and activities related to course/workshop instruction and evaluation for topics related Explore building design possibilities, Architecture Structural engineering MEP engineering. To conduct theory as well as practical sessions for Autodesk inventor level1 tube & pipe design and Autodesk Revit Architecture & structural design. This includes lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and projects; clearly communicating expectations and providing feedback to students on their progress and conducting course/workshop evaluations as designed and requested by Division. Maintain records of student performance, including test administration. Responsible for the management of an effective learning environment, including communication with students through online as well as in class. Maintain current industry standards and best practices as appropriate. Adapt curriculum to meet changing industry trends and/or standards. Engage students through classroom discussions and activities Ensure aspirants are given multiple opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills they will need to successfully complete the course, apply what they have learned and demonstrate they are developing the skills necessary to be successful. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in this field or relevant Minimum 3 years of training experience in AutoCAD Inventory Fundamentals, Inventory tubes, pipes & Advanced structural Engineering training & Autodesk inventor level-1 tube & pipe design and Autodesk Revit Architecture & structural design. Professional certifications, specific documented training and additional related work experience in AutoCAD. Prior experience working with adult learners. Strong interpersonal communication skills Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in AutoCAD -Architecture & structural design. Able to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Must be adaptable, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task. Demonstrates proficiency and passion for teaching. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships AutoCAD certification from Autodesk is plus.
