Job Description
Lead corporate tax compliance, planning, and governance for the trading business. Ensure accurate tax reporting, support audits, and manage corporate tax strategy as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all corporate tax filings, returns, and statutory requirements in the UAE and relevant jurisdictions.
- Review tax implications of trading transactions, new entities, and new product flows.
- Lead internal tax controls, documentation, and governance.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany policies.
- Liaise with external advisors and government authorities.
- Support tax audits and resolve queries.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the organisation.
- Provide tax advisory support to Finance, Trading, and senior management.
