The successful candidate will work closely with our international clients, serving as their primary consultant in navigating the complex landscape of corporate and individual taxation and legal compliance.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary consultant for our international clients, providing expert guidance on corporate and individual tax matters, including income tax calculations, tax planning, and compliance.
Assist clients in optimizing tax strategies and minimizing tax liabilities in accordance with local and international regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other necessary documentation for clients across various jurisdictions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
Represent clients in dealings with tax authorities and regulatory bodies, advocating on their behalf to ensure compliance and fair treatment.

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in corporate taxation and legal compliance, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master of Laws, CPA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate taxation and legal compliance, with a strong emphasis on serving international clients.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and act as a trusted advisor in a consulting capacity.
In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on international taxation.
Experience working with multinational enterprises and navigating complex tax structures.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Previous experience working in Europe or Italy will be preferred.
