Job Summary: Tamkeen Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company\'s CSR strategy, managing CSR programs and initiatives, and measuring their impact on the organization and the community. You will work closely with our senior management team, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure that Tamkeen Group\'s CSR efforts align with our mission, values, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Tamkeen Group\'s CSR strategy in collaboration with the group senior management team. Identify and prioritize CSR programs and initiatives that align with the company\'s mission, values, and business objectives. Manage and oversee the execution of Tamkeen Group CSR programs and initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for community engagement and impact. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Tamkeen CSR programs and initiatives, and report on their impact to senior management. Manage relationships with external partners, including non-profit organizations, community leaders, and government agencies where and when applicable. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to CSR in the Sultanate of Oman. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as business, social science, or environmental studies. A Master\'s degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or related field. Strong understanding of CSR best practices, trends, and standards. Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies, programs, and initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management and analytical skills. Passion for social impact and sustainability.
