The Role

Join our Corporate Services team as a Corporate Service Senior Consultant, where you will lead client engagements and provide expert guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters. You will leverage your expertise to optimize client operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Manage and oversee the entire process of company formation and compliance for clients. Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
Conduct in-depth assessments of client operations to identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Draft and review corporate documents, including Memorandums of Association and shareholder agreements.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients.

What We're Looking For

Qualified - Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent.
3-4 years relevant experience in a professional services firm.
Proficiency in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Open to candidates from all nationalities.
