Job Description
The Corporate Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and growing the company's corporate client portfolio within Qatar's car rental market. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills, a solid understanding of the local market, and a proven track record in corporate sales and relationship management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales & Client Acquisition:
Identify and secure new corporate clients through targeted sales efforts and effective negotiation strategies.Sales Supervision & Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.Revenue Growth & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.Market Research & Reporting:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic planning and provide regular performance reports.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the car rental, fleet, or automotive sectors. Strong knowledge of the Qatari market, including key industries and corporate clients. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools. Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
