Job Description

The job holder will be supporting the Manager for developing & building new business stream of corporate/Institutional sales, new business opportunity enhancement and establish Home Box as a major player in the territory.

Business Management & Development

\xc2\xb7 Supporting new corporate business opportunities for Home Box products by exploring various institutional/bulk buyer segments.

\xc2\xb7 Cold-calling - set of clients who are end users, as well as influencers for bulk buying

\xc2\xb7 Ensure long term relationship with clients, and thus creating lifetime value sales for Home Box

\xc2\xb7 Report preparation & Tracking of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and achieving the same for corporate business

\xc2\xb7 Participating in tenders, and preparing the necessary documentations for the same

\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinating with the buyers for products requirements, Stock cover and any new developments

\xc2\xb7 Creating records & pick up clients leads from multiple sources

Market Scan

\xc2\xb7 Use ongoing market and region research (economy, demographics, consumer spends, product preferences) to identify possibilities of new channel introduction, existing channel penetration and expansion opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Use existing information on products and competitors to identify opportunities for product portfolio expansion and market share coverage

Sales and Commercial Performance of Institutional Sales

\xc2\xb7 Support the manager & help maximize sales and profitability of the institutional business

\xc2\xb7 Control costs within budgetary guidelines and as advised by Manager

\xc2\xb7 Develop new parties and enquiry in the local/International market

\xc2\xb7 Promote the Home Box brand by liaising with the marketing team and devising effective and customized proposals for institutional members

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with clients to ensure Home Box is the preferred supplier by providing excellent customer service

Inventory Management & Stock Distribution

\xc2\xb7 Ensure effective Inventory management for the institutional business (order management, stock availability, consolidation & movement, stock return)

\xc2\xb7 Provision of monthly feedback to Territory on institutional sales, stock positions and product feedback

\xc2\xb7 Develop trade relation with the customers and keeping mandatory records of them required for bringing the sales

\xc2\xb7 Follow up of credit orders, credit outstanding and payments

\xc2\xb7 Fix credit limits for local parties and get it approved from finance department

Skills & Capabilities

\xc2\xb7 Graduation degree in Business Administration

\xc2\xb7 3-5 years in retail industry handling at least a couple of institutional accounts

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Retail industry and products

\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge of Home Retail and B2B brands/clients

\xc2\xb7 Negotiation Skill

\xc2\xb7 Teamwork & collaboration

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication skills - Verbal & Non-verbal

\xc2\xb7 Planning and organising skills

\xc2\xb7 Networking skills

\xc2\xb7 Arabic speaking preferred
