Corporate Sales Executive (Arabic): Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Arabic Corporate Salesperson to join our team. As an Arabic Corporate Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the corporate sector. Your role will involve identifying client needs, presenting our products or services effectively, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand our client base.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
3. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
4. Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to clients, addressing their pain points and demonstrating value.
5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently acquiring new clients and expanding revenue from existing accounts.
6. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations, showcasing how our solutions align with client needs and objectives.
7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and other contract-related matters to secure new business and close deals.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
9. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM systems or other designated tools.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback for product/service enhancements. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Arabic Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
2. Sales Experience: Proven experience in corporate sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
4. Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape within the corporate sector.
5. Results-Driven: A self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
6. Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, negotiate, and influence decision-making.
7. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client pain points and propose suitable solutions.
8. Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
9. CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
10. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging internal resources to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. 11.Preferrably with UAE Driving License.
