Corporate Sales - Service Sales Executive (Dubai Office)



We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Executive

to join our Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to be part of a growing organization that offers a comprehensive portfolio of financial and professional services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

identifying, engaging, and acquiring new corporate clients

across various industries. With a strong grasp of financial services and industry regulations, you will play a key role in

promoting our services

, including:

Accounting & Bookkeeping Audit & Assurance Advisory Services Taxation Compliance Services Visa/ License consultation

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition



Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking events, referrals, cold outreach, and digital platforms. Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.

Sales Strategy & Execution



Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client segments. Present solutions that align with client needs and business goals.

Relationship Management



Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence



Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent service quality.

Reporting & Analysis



Maintain accurate records of sales activities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Key Requirements



Proven track record of success in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in professional or financial services. Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory environments in the UAE and broader GCC region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
