Conduct outreach activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and attending corporate networking events to generate new leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with services.
Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the benefits of Visa services.
Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of each client, including pricing, service options, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals and ensure timely delivery of Visa services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of services.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve service offerings and promotional strategies.
