Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated
Corporate Sales Administrator
to support our corporate sales team. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the corporate sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare sales reports, invoices, and client documentation.
Coordinate and follow up with corporate clients regarding orders, contracts, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications.
Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and events for the sales team.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
Handle client queries professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales administration, corporate sales support, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
