Corporate Relations Manager JOB PURPOSE: To support the Enrolments Team to achieve enrolment targets through the development of sales opportunities and client relations for the GEMS network of schools. The GEMS Corporate Relations Manager will ensure high service standards and brand awareness are met in all aspects of customer relations. He/she is also responsible for account management and marketing outreach for new and existing corporate partnerships. The Corporate Relations Manager will support the Abu Dhabi schools and is expected to travel a few times per week. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and build a lead generation plan and business opportunities to meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets.\
Seek out and target new customers and sales opportunities to secure new enrolments.
Develop the pipeline for new business coming into the community to ensure enrolment in GEMS Schools. This requires a thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company's competitors.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organisation including relocation agents, HR, Real Estate & Developers, Government, Corporate clients, and Embassy, and Business Councils.
Organise and implement all levels of prospecting including proposal development and presentation, contract agreement, and customer relations.
Manage CRM system for all leads and partnership opportunities to track outcome and impact of sales meetings and relations.
Identify and anticipate the needs and requirements of new and existing parents, and the larger business community.
Identify and organise community events in order to engage parents, and business contacts.
Support EMM to develop and implement school marketing strategy in conjunction with Corporate Marketing to create brand awareness and lead generation from sales partnerships.
Work with schools to monitor, respond and engage positively amongst all social media communities and audiences to generate lead and enrolment for GEMS schools.
Develop and conduct Sales Training for all FOH to embed a stronger proactive sales approach across Premium schools.
Ensure the GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday, where the tasks require additional commitment.
Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.
