In the role of corporate recruiter you will make your mark by filling our international vacancies with the best candidates in the market. A challenging fact, indeed, we are not looking for the easiest profiles. This means that you have to be creative to find and entice that one, often scarce, talent from the market to choose Boskalis. In short, you will do everything except post & pray!

From our office in Abu Dhabi you will focus on our Talent acquisition in the Middle- and Far East region and you will be the recruitment sparring partner for the business stakeholders. You plan and execute the recruitment process together with the HR manager and the hiring manager. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. You are able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and build trusting relationships with potential candidates.

Eventually, you will build strong talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs in the Middle and Far East Region and beyond.

You don't have to do this all alone. You are part of our Global Recruitment team of specialists situated at our head offices in the Netherlands.. This team consists of experienced Recruiters, Employer Branding Specialists, Sourcers, and Campus Recruiters.

• You always put the candidate first and you ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• You ensure a correct service level towards the business and you anticipate to changing needs in a timely manner.
• Provide solicited and unsolicited advice on recruitment issues.
• Building a relevant internal and external networks.
• Processing the administration of your procedures in our ATS, SmartRecruiters.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as corporate recruiter Abu Dhabi if you have:

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a recruiter on the agency or corporate side. Experience with international recruitment and technical profiles in the Middle East region is a must.
• Extensive experience in using (online) channels to find the right candidates and entice them to apply.
• Good command of the English language.
• Preferably living in the United Arab Emirates or in the Philippines, Indonesia or India and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi .
• Excellent conversation skills.
• Affinity with the industry and associated business activities of Boskalis.
• Interest in everything related to recruitment.

• Your team: You will be part of the Abu Dhabi HR team and you will also work closely together with the head office recruitment team.
• Where you will work: You will work from our beautiful office in Abu Dhabi, working partly from home is a possibility.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of corporate recruiter Abu Dhabi is a fulltime job (5 days a week).
