Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Corporate QA/QC Manager to

lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities across our EPC Oil & Gas projects.

Lead the Quality Management team

, ensuring full compliance with quality standards and norms across all company projects. Champion the company's

vision for quality and customer service

, embedding it into operational and strategic initiatives. Actively participate in the

development of Quality Policies and Objectives

, and oversee the implementation and monitoring of standardized quality practices. Collaborate with

senior management, department heads, and project teams

to provide technical support and ensure the deployment of effective, robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).

Experience:

Minimum

20 years

of QA/QC experience in

EPC Oil & Gas projects

, with at least

5 years

in a

corporate or senior management

role.

Extensive knowledge of ADNOC

standards and specifications is

highly preferred

.

Thorough understanding

of ASME, API, ISO 9001, and other relevant international codes and standards.

. Represent the company in high-level quality-related matters and make final decisions on quality policy compliance. Promote a

culture of quality

, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Quality Management System (QMS):

Maintain and enhance the

Documentum-based QMS

, ensuring the latest revisions of all corporate documents are available. Ensure organizational structures, procedures, and resources for QMS meet business and regulatory requirements. Monitor the implementation of the QMS across projects and corporate functions.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure company-wide compliance with ADNOC, ISO 9001, ASME, API, and other applicable standards. Assign QA/QC experts across various engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Welding, NDE, Civil, E&I) as required. Oversee

vendor and subcontractor assessments

, including quality system audits at their facilities.

Project & Procurement Support:

Develop and enforce corporate QA/QC procedures and support

procurement and site construction

quality activities. Conduct site quality audits and subcontractor quality assessments prior to selection. Collaborate with project teams to align Quality Plans with client and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring, Auditing & Reporting:

Define and track

KPIs for quality performance

; report to executive management on quality outcomes. Identify critical QMS areas requiring reviews and audits. Publish

Quality Alerts

on significant quality issues impacting project schedule or deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive continual improvement initiatives to support business and customer needs. Investigate product complaints or failures; initiate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes. Support validation and improvement of processes related to product/service delivery.

People Management & Development:

Mentor, develop, and evaluate the QA/QC team; implement competency development programs. Lead efforts to build high-performing teams aligned with quality goals and business strategy. Facilitate regular departmental meetings to promote communication, alignment, and performance enhancement.

Budget & Resource Planning:

Develop and manage QA/QC budgets. Ensure project quality budgets include appropriate resources for maintaining the QMS.
