You are responsible for your files from incorporation to liquidation/dissolution.
In particular, you take care of the opening of bank accounts, the organization and preparation of general meetings, the drafting of minutes, the publication of accounts and exchanges with third parties (administrations, auditors, notaries, etc.).
You may be required to draft and review legal documents as well as contracts.
You will be in direct contact with your customers in order to support and advise them as best as possible.
You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial and financial companies.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal Officer in UAE
You ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and obtaining a Master’s degree will be considered a significant plus.
