Reporting to DT One's Chief Revenue Officer - based in Dubai, this role will work with highly skilled colleagues from numerous nationalities and be a decisive contributor from the start. This role will be a genuine ambassador of DT One's values and products, and work with the senior leadership to further cement DT One's industry leadership position. The incumbent should be a B2B marketing leader with startup & scale up marketing expertise across brand building and corporate marketing. This role is based in Dubai or Singapore. Key responsibilities:
Establish the marketing foundations for DT One's growth engine
Build heightened awareness of the DT One brand, drive relevant PR, key events participation and overall thought leadership as the industry leader
Develop relevant customer insights that will enable our global and regional teams to create customer-centric, brand and community go-to-market
Design and execute effective marketing strategies to establish the credibility of the DT One brand and generate qualified leads to fuel revenue growth
Work with a panel of relevant agencies & freelancers to drive the corporate marketing delivery
Understand competitors positioning and leverage global content to create region-specific content that can address the needs of our diverse markets
Own and be accountable for key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews to international business teams and present results to senior executives
Create, manage and publish dashboards, report on progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics
Work closely with the regional teams and sales leadership on strategic projects for enterprise accounts
What we are looking for:
Degree Educated and/ or CIM Qualified
8+ years' experience in B2B marketing & growth, specifically building digital brands and lead generation engines
Experience in B2B high growth/ startup/ scale up companies
Ability to see the bigger picture and how to weave customer insights into value proposition development and global / regional marketing plans
An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders
Experience with B2B events/ trade shows and customer networking events
Track record in building corporate culture through internal events
Fluent English to professional standards and another language competencies a plus
FinTech exposure is a great advantage
