This strategic leadership role will drive business growth by developing bespoke solutions for corporate clients, overseeing service delivery, and building strong commercial relationships that align with MTM Group's vision of transforming lives through movement, health, and performance.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven, commercially minded leader with a deep understanding of B2B service structures in fitness, healthcare, or hospitality. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage high-value accounts, and ensure the delivery of measurable, impactful wellness programs.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic Leadership & Division Growth
Lead the overall vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the Corporate Division.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government, enterprise, and private-sector wellness initiatives.
Develop a scalable model to expand MTM Group's corporate services across Qatar and into regional markets.
Set KPIs and performance targets aligned with revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
Corporate Partnership Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, HR leaders, and corporate clients.
Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and pitches for new corporate wellness programs.
Customize integrated solutions for employee wellness, fitness memberships, ergonomics, recovery services, and on-site corporate activations.
Operations & Service Delivery
Oversee the successful onboarding, execution, and evaluation of all corporate accounts and activations.
Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Fitness Operations, Recovery, Nutrition, and Facility Management to deliver high-quality experiences.
Monitor client program performance and ensure ROI, usage metrics, and outcomes are reported transparently and accurately.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance corporate services team, including account managers, program coordinators, and wellness consultants.
Provide leadership training and ensure all staff meet operational and service excellence standards.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align division goals with MTM Group's broader objectives.
Reporting & Financial Accountability
Own the division's P&L, pricing models, and cost structures.
Prepare quarterly business reviews, impact reports, and growth forecasts.
Ensure contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and long-term client retention strategies are implemented.
