Minimum Two years of experience in UAE
Drafted Sale Purchase Agreements, Legal Notice, Tenancy Contracts/ Leasing agreements for Retail shops in malls and centers, office spaces, residential apartment etc.
Provided Consultation and handled all corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, transactions, agreements, lawsuits)
Structured, drafted, and reviewed legal documents.
Drafted and administered all contracts.
Formation and setup of the companies in various Freezones (DMCC, JAFZA, IFZA, etc.).
Providing legal advice to the clients.
Handling Arbitration matters Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
