About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at Al Mulla Industries. This leadership role will oversee the organization's financial strategy and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, leadership ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.
• Manage accounting operations, payroll, and reporting functions.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow analysis.
• Oversee bank relationships and credit facilities (LCs, TRs, ODs, Morabaha).
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Drive internal controls and process improvements across finance functions.
• Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage receivables, payables, utilities, and rental obligations.
• Support ERP implementation and reporting automation initiatives.
• Mentor and lead the finance team towards achieving organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Professional certification: CFA / CA / ICWA / CIMA (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in IFRS and UAE taxation framework.
• Proven track record in financial planning, compliance, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
