Job Description
for Intern: 1. Primary and secondary market research on Domestic & International Financial Institutions. 2. Understanding the appetite of identified financial institutions to develop our product offerings. 3. Build and Maintain relationships with Key Contacts of Financial Institutions through calls/emails or LinkedIn. 4. Ensuring LinkedIn connections of the Partner/Senior team member to connect and build relationship with the lending institutions to get their contact details. 5. Analyzing the financial statements of the client. 6. Assisting in developing financial projections. 7. Assisting in Conducting valuation of business under various methods like discounted cash flows, calculation of weighted average cost of capital etc. 8. Preparing Running Pitch List (RPL) for the live transactions. 9. Circulating the Information Memorandum to the financial institutions. 10. Maintaining excellent working relations with clients and financial institutions. 11. Assisting & Supporting Senior Team Members & partners to Ensure successful closure of transactions in a timely manner. Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months Salary: Up to AED1,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
