Over the last 8 years, The boutique company has been transacting and collaborating with some of the finest asset managers and companies across the globe.Role Overview:We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead our team, emphasizing autonomy and ownership in managing a range of complex financial transactions. This position demands a candidate who is not only seasoned in the nuances of corporate finance but is also technically proficient and capable of independently driving initiatives and solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor a team of analysts and associates, emphasizing technical excellence and autonomous project management.
• Take full ownership of the planning, execution, and completion of complex corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital formations.
• Foster and maintain robust client relationships, delivering technically grounded and strategic financial advice.
• Uphold and advance rigorous standards of financial analysis, employing advanced technical tools and methodologies.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, focusing on both technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, particularly in a boutique investment setting, with a demonstrated track record of technical proficiency.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of all aspects of financial transactions.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to foster a team environment conducive to growth and independence.
• Exceptional analytical and technical skills, with a masterful grasp of financial modeling and other analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex technical concepts and strategies to clients and team members.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly advantageous.
• Commitment to staying abreast of technical advancements and regulatory changes in the corporate finance sector.

• Salary package includes $120-140K base salary + up to 50% bonus.
