Corporate Employee Relations Specialist
Job Description
Location: Abu Dhabi
Immediate joiners will be preferred

Some of the key skills required for this role include: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures - Experience conducting workplace investigations - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR, and legal teams - Experience developing and delivering training programs Overall, the Corporate - Employee Relations Specialist should have a deep understanding of employee relations issues and the ability to manage these issues in a fair and consistent manner while maintaining a positive work environment.
